As we fly standby this was a last minute pick getting on the plane in Bologna. We made a great choice. Very convenient location, super large room and it was very clean. After the ridiculous prices for hotels in Italy it was a nice change to get a decent hotel at a fair price. But the best was the check-in. After 2 very long and stressful days of travel, Ahmed had us in stitches at check in. Haven't laughed that much in such a long time. It wasn't just the humour but also going out of his way in ensuring we were taken care of. In the future if we are passing through Dubai this will be our go to hotel. A perfect choice if just passing through.

I really appreciated the privacy and quietness of the room; it created a peaceful environment that I enjoyed. The reception staff were excellent—they listened to my concerns, handled everything with professionalism, and made an effort to be welcoming and approachable. Their understanding and positive attitude really stood out.

J5 Hotels are a reliable source of safe, clean and convenient stays in Dubai. All my stays either at J5 Rimal (mostly) and J5 Port Saeed have been pleasant ones!! ALL Staffs (hard to mention everyone as the list is LONG) have been extremely helpful and responsive. The rooms are clean, location is very good (near to Al Rigga Metro), check-in and check-out very smooth. To top it up, I had a nice decor in my room upon arrival!! Highly, highly recommended!!! Kudos to the entire J5 management and staffs!!!

The property was a little outdated but the rooms were very spacious The staff especially Syed and the young guy at the door were amazing. Very helpful and always with a smile on their face They went out of their way to support us This time we wanted to use the metro which was a great experience and we got to see amazing places in dubai for a fraction of the price The metro was a 5 minute walk Download talabat for doorstep services Breakfast from Mumbaikar was fab

Arrived Early . I way met by great smile . Room was not ready but I was promised at 10:00 I will be given a call once the room is ready . On time call was given . Small touch from the receptionist but makes huge difference. All my requests was delightfully fulfilled .its all about the warm welcome I received woooooo . Apology if skipped mentioning the name who check me in I can not re call it but well well done

Staff were fabulous, polite and helpful. Nice restaurant on site. served a good breakfast, with good service. We also had pizza here. Couple of minutes from metro, although we used taxis called by hotel. We arrived by Uber from airport that was twice as expensive as taxi back to airport, so won't be using Uber again. Spacious clean apartment, comfortable bed and nice clean pool on roof. We arrived early in the morning, reception looked after our cases, they got us into our room inside an hour. Reception called taxis and booked our hop on hop off bus, also gave us a map and good information. Try Bait Al Mandi restaurant opposite hotel for traditional food, big portions and cheap.

Whole staff is always smiling and very helpful. The room was spacious with a small kitchen with the necessary amenities. The hotel has 3 lifts, you never wait long for a lift. I liked the water pool with warm water on the roof and the finnish sauna. Room cleaning was excellent. For swimming we were visiting Al Mamzar beach park. There is a bus stop C15 close to hotel. This route to Al Mamzar takes only a few minutes longer than with taxi. With taxis we often stacked in traffic jams on return. It was a nice stay, we will certainly come back again.

Amazing staff, water brought at any hour, Great breakfast menu (restaurant, not included breakfast), spatious room, good amenities, late checkout free of charge, 7 min to subway station that can get you anywhere in town on same line, great soundproofing

I checked a lot of budget hotels in the area, most didn't have parking and most have noisy bars or clubs. J5 has parking and its quiet. Bed is comfortable. Room is a good size. Has anything you need really or you can request. TV has some okay channels, WIFI was good. Had a tasty pizza from the restaurant. Staff are great. Overall would recommend it and would stay again.

The first tangible sign you encounter when you return home, you get connected to the WIFI. This exactly what happened to me upon my arrival in Dubai when I was approaching the check-in desk of J5 Rimal Hotel Apartments. You don’t only feel at home emotionally, but technologically as well. Nothing is fancy about this place, but, definitely, comfort is a prominent feature. Hassan, Waleed, Helen, and the rest of their coworkers are the friendliest staff you can have in any hotel.
